CLOC's foundations were laid in the late 60s as Central Lithographic Printing Co and later as London Offset Colour. In the early days our primary focus was the production of security documentation and prospectus printing; utilising a variety of lithographic presses and finishing equipment.

Through the 70s and 80s, our educational print production grew significantly and established us as a significant force within the area; winning contracts and becoming approved suppliers to large public sector customers.

From the early 90s till today our strategy to deliver quality products and exceed expectation levels has been refined and heavily influenced by clients' needs and requirements. This has resulted in further investment in both single and full colour digital technology, modern lithographic presses and focused client liaison methods in which we customise our service to fit the requirements of each individual organisation (fully supported within an SLA (Service Level Agreement)).
